Turn off Automatic Update:
Right click My Computer
Click Properties
Click Automatic Update tab.
Check "Turn off Automatic..."
Click OK
Follow Step 5 on this link to delete what has been downloaded:

Follow the Service Pack Installation Checklist to install SP-2:
