I had exactly the same problem since a few days. The second part of the fix
(RPC logon) made no difference but the DLL registration did the trick. Thanks
for the tip.
My PC still has another strange behaviour: although SP2 is supposedly
installed, the interface is still SP1 and running winver still indicates SP1.
