Hi Christine,

Tried all the steps you advised with one difference: I had to download the
Dutch version of the update because the one you gave me was english and
therefore refused by my Dutch version of XP.
Unfortunately I still have the problem.
I will try the helpdesk of the manufacturer tomorrow: maybe the bios got
mixed up when I shut down the pc and I do not know the right settings..
