Re: New updates 14/10/04 stuck for 12+ hours

I am a network admin with 60+ workstations, many of which are experiencing
this same problem. Microsoft seems to have hosed something up with these
updates as I also see other people posting messages with simiar issues.

Just turn the computer off and restart it. Then, go to
www.windowsupdate.com and manually install the updates. This seems to work.
 Of course for me, doing this on 60 workstations is not something I relish
the thought of! :-)
