Internet Explorer Service Pack wont install

    hi i was wondering if anyone can please help me i downloaded the internet
    explorer service pack it took me 2 hours thats long enough but everytime i go
    to install it it keeps sayin setup has failed please close some applications
    i do that and then try again but the same thing happens does anyone know how
    to fix this? thanks
