Hi

Please try this:

Open a command prompt (Start/Run --> cmd.exe)

in the command prompt, run the following:

net stop wuauserv
cd /d %windir%\softwaredistribution
del /s wu*.cab
net start wuauserv

Please let us know if this solved the problem.
