Hello Virginia,
Look at article 843018, I have included a link below.
The option is listed under "Download Images" and is labeled "Block images
and other external content in HTML e-mail". You need to remove the check
from the box to the left of that option and click OK. This should allow
Images to be downloaded.

All my images in Outlook Express are now blocked after
installing XP SP2. According to the instructions, I
should be able to click on TOOLS, then OPTIONS, then
SECURITY, then unblock the HTML blocking option.
HOWEVER! I have no HTML BLOCKING option on my SECURITY
TAB.
What am I supposed to do now?
