Hello,
I also have Verizon DSL. Installed it several weeks ago but did not install
the MSN part. I noticed when installing from the Verizon CD it does not have
a button to skip installing the MSN part. What I did was just close the
install window when it got to the part where it wanted to install the MSN.
Even so it still installed the software required to install the MSN. I just
went to the add/remove and uninstalled the MSN listed there. I already had
XP Pro SP2 installed and have not had a problem connecting to the Internet.
I hope I presented that so its understandable.
