Well done, Brent
I totally agree with you. The good OS has to be transparent to the user and
not a burden. Like you I am wasting hours after hours after hours of my
time (extremely expensive) searching for patches, drivers, etc just to make
this "monster", called Windows XP work. I am pretty sure that we are not
alone in this world and that there are millions of other professionals and
home users suffering from the same problem.
