Hi Allenh!

Sorry for my english!
I have same error message. I have followed your steps!
I have registered all MSXML files. After that there was still same arror!

Than I try to follow suggestion 2 but when I clicked your link I saw window
with Error 404 and nothing more. I haved tried to find out file xml3usa.msi
on windows support page with no results.

Looking for help.
