If you mean updating your windows to SP2, I suggest you just wait a while. I
had a few problems and Microsoft could not give me an answer and actually
suggested that I wait till a solution to my problem was found. That was
enough to convince me that SP2 had bugs in it and that I should wait to
reinstall it. As for you, In the meantime, make sure your anti-virus
definitions are up to date all the time. Don't ever open an e-mail from
someone you don't know, especially if it has an attachment. (That's where
most viruses come from.)
