Installation Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3 failure

I get the message that the installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0
Service Pack 3 was not succesful.

Errorcode 652.

Does anybody what is wrong here? All other critical updates have been
installed.
