Error 0x80240020 Download, No Install

I get this Error in my WindowsUpdate.log. It happens to anything I try to
download off the Windows Update V5. The "update" will download but it failes
to install. Here is my log.

I have tried all the tips on the troubleshooting page and searched these
forums for possibilities. It's a real annoying problem because I can't think
what can be causing it. I've even tried disabling the SP2 Firewall. I'm not
running any lame virus scanners or 3rd party firewalls.
