I had the same problem after upgrading to SP2.
The system keeps rebooting within 10 seconds after displaying the
Ctrl+Alt+Delete Screen.
I managed to restore my SP1 via booting in Safe Mode and using System
Restore utility to a resotre it to a point prior to SP2 installation.
The same thing happend to 2 of my work colleagues.
