HELP!!! Error 0x80072EE2

I have tried all possible solutions and I am still unable
to get Windows Updates. I have had this problem since
June. I even took it to the shop and they said the PC is
fine. I have disabled my Windows Firewall and I have
disabled NAV. I really need to know what is going on. I
am also unable to link to certain secure sites. I cannot
even sign in with my .NET PASSPORT. I have no where else
to turn.

PLEASE HELP!!
