maintenance applied - no log entry

I go to the windows update page and click on "review installation history" -
it shows my last update was installed in july. When I look in my system event
log, it shows there was update maintenence put on on 8/11/2004. I would like
to track down this maintenance because since it was put on I am experiencing
many "esent" error messages in the application log.
