WU page doesnt load but no error

I have a new pc that has a fresh install of Windows 2000 Server (SP4) and
Exchange 2000 (SP3).

Whenever I try to access WU, I can get the "Microsoft Windows Update" title
in IE, but the rest of the page just sits there and never loads.

I've tried enabling all ActiveX controls and changing the security level to
zero. All antivirus is disabled.

There are other computers on the same network/domain that can use WU
successfully. This is the only problematic computer.

No WU log is created in the %SystemRoot% folder either.

Also automatic updates doesnt seem to be doing anything, even though it is
set to automatically download and install updates.

Any suggestions or ideas?
