Reading the above, not knowing better, it looks like making a Manual
Restoration Point will erase the previous restore point you have.

Better to move the the "warning" line up to just under "Turn off
System Restore." or rewrite it to something like this:

(note that turning off System Restore will erase the previous restore
point you have.)
