ACCESS DENIED

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Until 2 weeks ago I was able to install windows updates. Now I get a message
that says "Access denied. Network policy settings prevent you from using
windows update on your computer. If you believe you have received this
message in error, please check with your system administer". There are no
error codes displayed with this message. Please Help!
