Torgier,
You always post this document. But the solutions are not working. have you
tested the solutions? The problem started to occur after

Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6
(KB867801)

Prior to this patch, all was fine. The three files I believe are the
problems are
shlwapi.dll
urlmon.dll
wininet.dll

The older versions 6.0.2800.1106 work. The new versions
shlwapi.dll,6.0.2800.1552, urlmon.dll,6.0.2800.1400, and
wininet.dll,6.0.2800.1405 I believe are the problems. But no workarounds.
