WinXP SP2 crashes on Novell GroupWise installation

- Toshiba Notebook Satellite Pro 6100

SW:
- Win XP pro
- Novell Netware Client 4.83sp3
- Novell GroupWise 5.5.5

Problem:
After I installed SP2 I could not log into the Novell network. I
removed all firewall functions (trusted network). Then I had access to
all network drives. But the login into GroupWise didn't work. I
uninstalled the GroupWise client, rebooted the system and installed
the GroupWise client again. During that installation procedure crashed
WinXP (Blue screen for some m sec and power off). Now the WinXP
crashes from time to time. The message at one error dub was:

Someone had similar experience? Are there solutions?
