I contacted Microsoft, through free chat, and was given a link to download
the Service Pack 2 for XP Pro (with DSL.) Then, saved it on "C:" and
unconnect from the Internet. I have only the basic zone alarm, but I was
told by Microsoft that I should use either Microsoft's firewall, which is in
the service pack, or turn theirs off, and use zone alarm .... do not use
both. For those who do not have high speed internet service, order the CD.
The only thing that I did wrong, perhaps, was try to type an email during the
download. Keys can set off anything, sometimes! This is the window that I
saw:

Installation Failure

Error Code: 80070005
