I installed the update yesterday, it took a very long time to download and
install. Today I am having a system32 error that reads;
C:\windows\system32\nestetup.cpl. when opening the control panel. The error
does not restrict me from opening the control panel however the same icon
popup occurs everytime that you click a new icon.
