We appreciate all the help you and your fellow mvp's give these boards

but , surely, there comes a point when you see 4 or 5 xp newsgroups
bombarded with sp2 problems, that the point must be made to microsoft
that they should clear up their own mess and not leave it to you
heroic volunteers.
