The SP2 and AMD processors (64-bit) are not compatible. I
had the same problem and had to partition my hard drive
and install XP on the partition. When I did this, Windows
automatticaly fixed the problem.

Hope this helps.

Now I'm looking to see if Microsoft has a fix for this!
