Peter,

Actually my problem is not with SP2 that installed without
any issue. But the new V5 software is giving me a hard
time. I have tried many things and gotten different
suggestion from MS but so far nothing worked. I will fix
it, that's written in the stone but has taken, and will
take, B, S & T and that's what, I guess, we all dislike.
Don't have to apologize. Your point of views are so valid
as mine and this is a free MS world, isn't it?
