Error number: 0x8007045A

I am running Windows XP and I am trying to update my files. Windows update
keeps giving this error message "Error number: 0x8007045A"
I somtime also get Error Number 0x800AB8F.

When I search Technet I get I need to upgrade my Windows 2000 service pack.
I am not running Windows 2000 I am running Windows XP with service pack 2.

this happens on both my laptop and my Desktop.
I am running this behind a SBS 2003 server. and I have Norton Anti-virus
installed with Office 2003.
