SP 2 has given me more headaches and worry than it should have. I can only
speak from personal experience, that my desktop computer was working
beautifully before installing SP 2 and now it will not start without looping.
I've noticed quite a few others with this problem. I've exhausted many
possibilities of fixing it (I can't even start it in safe mode, I can't
disable the L2 caching, no one from MS has returned my email). I've now LOST
ALL INFORMATION ON MY COMPUTER. I can't believe my computer was corrupted if
it had seemed to work fine before.
MS should have worked out all the kicks as well as included warnings before
releasing this "automatic" update. I wish I could have this day back and my
computer back.
