Hi Adam,

Do you receive a site error when trying to download the update package.
What update package (Driver ) are you installing when receiving the
failure>?
Did you recieve the error on additional attempts when accessing the Windows
Update v5? Could you please send me the Windowsupdate.log
located in the Windows Directory to a-ahill@microsoft.com?
