Error Message When I Try To Install SP2 At Windows Update

This is the error message I get when I try to use the windows update (
Express Install or Custom Install ). If anyone knows how to correct this
problem, please let me know. I can't update anything, and Microsoft has not
answered my E-Mail yet regarding this problem.
