Your suggestion was the ONLY thing that worked for me. I read Dan's answer,
but it didn't help because I only have ONE drive -- C: ...My netmeeting
folder was completely empty, and I realized the update couldn't understand
this. So I downloaded the 3 DLL files you listed and plopped them into the
folder. Sure enough, Windows Update FINALLY left me alone and stopped asking
me to repeatedly install KB835732. WooHoo!!
