Scheduled to start today.
A limited number of computers should start receiving SP-2 assuming
they have Automatic Update enabled:
Right click My Computer
Click Properties
Click Automatic Update tab
Set as desired.
Click OK and follow prompts.

SP-2 has been public available for a week, if you want it now:
