Downloads of new WU are failing

I have tried downloading the following updates on my WindowsXP Pro machine
and they just fail (no other error message):

Security Update for Microsoft Data Access Components (KB832483)
D-Link Corporation - Networking - D-Link AirPlus DWL-520+ Wireless PCI
Adapter
Realtek Semiconductor Corp - Networking - Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast
Ethernet NIC
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB867801)

Looking at the install history the error code is 80072F78, but the info with
it doesn't help. I have tried several times without success. MS support
site seems to only have help with download/install problems when you get a
specific error message (which I don't).

When it starts downloading it pauses, then after about a minute it says
failed and moves onto the next update (not downloading a single kb). Could
this be my firewall or virus scanner? I have recently bought the new
ZoneAlarm Pro but everything else seems to work fine.

Any ideas?
