Yes, there has been several issues with KB832894/MS04-004.
Install this one, it includes a lot of updates to KB832894/MS04-004,
and it also includes the latest cumulative security update for
Internet Explorer (KB867801/MS04-025):
An update rollup is available for Internet Explorer versions 5.x and 6.0
