Go back and finish reading that article 842644 - it says you need to contact
MS product support to get the patch for the hotfix. The reason is that the
patch is a beta release and they will not just let you download it without
calling them first because it may not fix the problem or it may cause other
problems - as long as you are aware that it is BETA. Don't worry, it won't
cost anything to call them for that - just mention the article number when
you call. They will send you an e-mail with a download link. I have done
this before several times for other patches that were not yet released to
the general public.
