I'm sorry but I too am having an identical issue with accessing yahoo sites, specifically geocities sites and this has ONLY occurred since I installed the critical upgrade 2 days ago. My system is virus and spyware FREE, fully scanned and checked as clean.
I run Windows XP and am at the point of doing a sysrestore to try and get rid of that update to see if that solves the issue.

I'm able to access some other webpages, but not all. This all started 2 days ago. I know the Yahoo sites are working fine because I can access them from my work pc, but not my home pc. I was able to get to mcafee's website to do a free scan, but no viruses came up. I can't get either browser to access trend micro's virus site. This is quite puzzling and frustrating. My last windows update was 3 days ago. If anyone knows of solution to this, pls advise. Thanks.

Or that it corrupts the site you use most often and won't allow you to access it. I believe I have this issue and I need someone's/anyone's help who has info. on how to fix this problem.

I have no more critical updates to install and I'm at the end of my rope. Whenever I click on Yahoo!'s homepage, click the hotlink to get to the e-mail sign in webpage, all it does it load, and load, and load and gets no where.
