One of my clients finally ran the Windows Update for the
first time in about a year. Installed a bunch of stuff
(I don't know exactly what she installed, as she's about
a hundred miles away).

Now she can't get connected to the internet at all. I
had her try "ipconfig /renew" (seeing as how her IP
Address is suddenly 0.0.0.0), and it gives the following
message:

"Unexpected network error or insufficient access"

I can't find any information on this. Any ideas? Thanks.
