Still confused. The 2 replies I got seemed to be ads to download more software. Too much info to decipher for a computer novice like myself. If anyone has any simple help for me or could put it in "Windows for Dummies like" language, that would be helpful to me. This corrupted file has made it impossible for me to connect online. Do I have to do a full restore or is there an easier way...I hope?! I have to use another computer just to post this but would like to get my own computer back. Thanks!
