If you use scan for updates you will be re-offered any updates that are
detected as being uninstalled. If you want to reinstall updates anyway use
the catalog - see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=323166 if
you're not familiar with the catalog - you won't do any harm by reinstalling
updates.
