Bridge.dll file

My bridge.dll file was apparently corrupted & couldn't be cleaned so was deleted by Virus scan. It states to restore it by downloading it again but I can't find where I can download it from. I have Windows XP Home Edition and only have a full restore disc. I don't want to do that. The file was c\WINDOWS\downloaded ProgramFiles\bridge.dll
How do I download a new bridge dll file or do I even need to do that? Thanks
