We have tried running the update w/ our domain administrator account
and it still fails.

We have been able to run the upate on all other machines (Win2k,
Win2k3) but NOT on WinXP.

Is anyone from Microsoft looking into this? Can we get a status...
maybe update the knowledge base for the issue...
