Seven days ago I upgraded from Windows ME to Windows XP Profesional. Windows Update shows that there is 18 Critical Updates. All have been downloaded. None are able to be installed. I get the same messaage six times with the only difference being the file name. Here's the message followed by each file name:
"An error occured while copying file INETRES.DLL Cannot copy file to destination directory."

The other five files are:
MSOERT2.DLL
INETCOMM.DLL
MSOEACCT.DLL
MSIDENT.DLL
WINNET.DLL

I really need to get theses updates installed. Pleas help.

Regards,
Steve
