(UNCONFIRMED) Recived Virus and trojan through update

ive resently reinstalled this system.

Now im haveing a hard time, getting rid of 2 files.
i suppect extremely to origin v4.update system

files in question are
-system32/WinSVCservice.exe Detected as virus, unremoveable in use by windows.
-system32/lsrv.exe Detected as rojan, unremoveable in use by windows.

Detection system, used. AVG Freeware edition, 6.0 updated from www.grisoft.com
