0X80072F05 error

I am using Windows 98SE. Windows Update returns error
0X80072F05.Checking certification found vaid date is
incorrect. Certification date should be from 1/10/97 to
12/31/2222. But I've got 1/10/97 to 12/31/2000. The
problem is how to fix this. There is no explaination in
Window Update on this.Any thoughts on this?
