Open Outlook Express. Tools menu/Options, security tab,
uncheck the fourth box.

| I can send e-mail with attachments, view them in my ISP or
OE, but I can NOT receive Attachments in eith my ISP
(comcast.net or Outlook Express). I hav tried Tools, HP
support, Comcast Support, and now MS Support. MS tells me
that I have to reinstall OE. I already have the latest
version of IE6. Where do I get the latest version of OE
(mine came with the notebook 18 months ago) or does any one
know the correction for this problem? I can copy and paste
from another computer to this one, but can not receive the
attachment in the normal way. I get a message the OEM is
blocked - but there are no blocked names. Thanks for any
help.
