Whoops.. Someone should have told me HAL was under the age of 7... I would
have phrased my answer more carefully.

I will ask the question in more exact terms..

All you have said is:

"awbspd.exe message on AOL start screen
Does anyone know how to allow this image to be let on by the original
firewall that is in a Compaq Presario S3100X? Help please"

Now - if you expect me to interpret that, you are saying that you want to
install AOL on your computer and you cannot.. Or you are saying AOL used to
work and now it does not. Or you are saying that you turned on the firewall
(what firewall? the XP firewall?) and now AOL gives you that error message?
Or you are saying that you don't know what your operating system is but it
had some "original firewall" on it and you want someone to tell you what it
was just by the make/model of the PC.. And by the way - ALO start screen
gives you that error (above.).

Seriously - again - try to take your time and describe your problem. I was
not being mean when I asked you not to type in all caps, it is hard to read
and considered screaming by most people. Why would anyone help the person
screaming in the room?

So - again - I ask you to clarify your answer - be a little clearer about
what led you to the conclusion that there is a firewall involved at all..
Tell us what Operating System you are running? Tell us what version of AOL
you are running and how you connect (broadband or dial-up?) Details help us
help you. What you have given us so far is gibberish and sarcasm.
