I get this error code when I try to access "Scan for Updates" and also cannot access any secure sites. Have tried uninstalling all Symantec products and have used their SYMClean site. Still have the problems and suspect that I stll have Norton Firewall somewhere in the system. How do I get rid of it? Thanks.
