Hello, I have a problem, last week I must have deleted by error something and now all my quick start programs beside the start button show as a black square, I went to the windows updates and made it scan my computer and gave me an error which is an internet explorer error, I followed some instruction on how to mend and explorer looks as it should but the other programs still show as a black square...Microsoft keeps telling me I have the same error and cannot download the updates...can anyone help please????
Thank you
Lidia
