La soluccion para este error esta en el Troubleshooter.
Mira ve a esta pagina:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
I luego escoje esta linea:
While the Windows Update Web site is loading, you receive Initialization
Error 0x80040FF2
Ayi encuentraras solucciones para este problema.
