Could you please be a little less cryptic and provide the following:

1. What fix are you referring too ?
2. What CSDVersion are you referring too ?
3. Are you trying to install SP1a for Windows XP Pro or Home ?
4. Are you saving the download and attempting to install offline or
are you doing this online without saving the download package ?
5. Which antivirus program are you using ?
